Helios-Wissen

Knowledge management for the “HELIOS Kliniken Gruppe” (german hospital group) (> 80 locations) The knowledge portal Helios-Wissen bundles all educational offers of the clinic group. It supports the administration and the booking workflow for internal and external seminars as well as the provision of e-learning offers. (since 2006)

Clipessence - Videoproduktion Prozessteuerung

Clipessence produces high quality web videos for companies and agencies. Our back-end software supports all processes related to the production of these clips: suppliers, resources, time and cost management and customer involvement in the production process.

arribaEdu App

The arribaEdu app was developed for use in education and training in general medicine.

»arriba« pursues the goal of shared decision making (SDM). It supports doctors in weighing up questions with their patients individually. The possible options are visualized in a patient-centered manner on the basis of scientific, empirically proven data (evidence-based medicine).

With the arribaEdu app, students and ÄiW can practice the principles of SDM on their own mobile devices. The app is ideal for self-study, for use in seminars, with simulated patients and also in exam situations.

The arribaEdu app was developed by theCode for iOS and Android using the Flutter framework.

KODEX des österreichischen Rechts

Austria’s most successful collection of laws as an app for smartphones, tablets and Windows PCs. Digital library with full-text search and note function. The KODEX app is a joint project of the two publishers Linde and LexisNexis on behalf of the publisher Univ.-prof. dr Werner Doralt. (since 2013)

taz klassisch App

Daily the latest edition of the “tageszeitung” (taz) directly to your Android smartphone or tablet. Developed in cooperation with the taz IT department. Another variant of this app is for reading the German edition of “LMd Le Monde diplomatique”. (2012-2023)

Zwölfter

ZWÖLFTER bundles all social media content about your Bundesliga’s favorite clubs and players in real time in a single timeline. Apps for iOS and Android and responsive browser display. Back-end application for administration and curation. Development and integration of all necessary APIs for aggregating the social media content of all platforms and for display in apps and web browsers in cooperation with the social media aggregation service Stackla. With an optimized continuous integration build process, we can update all 18 club-specific apps and distribute them to the app stores. (2015-2021)

LocalHub

With its LocalHub.de page and app on Android and iOs, the city of Passau presented the sights, restaurants, bars, culture and attractions of the region.

Instead of creating their own content for each hotspot, they leveraged the user-generated content (UGC) that already existed on social media, both from the local businesses’ official social channels and from locals and visitors.

We integrated the Stackla service to aggregate the social media content.

LocalHub was discontinued in autumn 2019 and parts of it were integrated into the “Alles Regional” offer.

Artbutler

Art management software for galleries, artists and collectors. Application for Windows and MacOS with connection to MS Office, e-mail and cloud. Management of inventory data as well as contacts, invoices, factory locations, exhibitions and portfolio creation. (since 2005)

DSGVO-Wissen

Technical implementation of the e-learning for employee training in data protection according to GDPR. Flexible personnel training with little time expenditure and documented evidence, either in German or English. Cooperation with the law firm Esche Schümann Commichau, Hamburg, and Brainosphere, Berlin.

KOLEGEA

E-learning community for doctors in training to become a specialist in general medicine. Share and discuss patient cases from the practice with other general practitioners. Joint project with the Berlin Charité and the University of Duisburg-Essen. Funded by the Federal Ministry BMBF and the European Social Fund ESF of the EU.

The “KOLEGEA platform” developed by theCode was in operation from 2013 to 2023.

ECME-Center

Medical training platform of the Professional Association of German Surgeons (BDC). Over 600 multimedia e-learning courses including final tests and awarding of CME points. Course management, booking system, payment and integration with the BDC member database. Access via web browser and the BDC online apps.

The “ECME Center” developed by theCode was in operation from 2008 to 2020.

AGG-Wissen

Technical implementation of the e-learning offer for employee training on the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). Can be completed in less than an hour with an integrated final test. Cooperation with the law firm Esche Schümann Commichau, Hamburg, and Brainosphere, Berlin.

Helios-Wissen

Knowledge management for the “HELIOS Kliniken Group” (> 80 locations) Since 2006, the Helios-Wissen knowledge portal has bundled all of the clinic group’s educational offerings. It supports the administration and the booking workflow for internal and external seminars as well as the provision of e-learning offers. Additional applications for managing the research projects planned in the clinics and recording scientific achievements for documentation and remuneration.

SchulCMS

SchulCMS was part of the Xberlin school server developed by Apple Computer Germany and theCode. As part of the Berlin Senate’s “eEducation Master Plan”, Xberlin servers were set up at 130 Berlin schools by the end of 2005.

theCode developed the platform-independent, server-based e-learning system together with Berlin teachers, which was specially tailored for use in schools. SchulCMS was in use at Berlin schools and nationwide from 2004 to 2012.
